Shenyang Turbo-Machinery
Corporation is subordinated to Shenyang Blower
Works (Group) Co. Ltd. It is the largest manufacturer
in China specialized in producing centrifugal
compressor and blower.
In 1976, a complete designing and manufacturing
technology of MCL, BCL and PCL series centrifugal
compressor was introduced from Nuovo Pigone, Italy.
On the basis of full digestion and absorption
of introduced technology, the enterprise has greatly
innovated the key element of introduced technology
and developed a whole set of software based on
totally independent technology by means of cooperation
with some scientific research institutes, such
as China Academy of Science, Xi’an Jiaotong
University. At the same time, through cooperative
production with famous foreign companies, the
designing and manufacturing technology of the
product always keeps pace with the times. |

MCL, BCL and PCL series
centrifugal compressors may be provided for the following

• Air compressor, feed gas compressor,
synthetic gas compressor and ammonia
refrigerating compressor for 150,000 - 500,000
tons/year synthetic ammonia plant
• CO2 compressor for 210,000 - 800,000 tons/year
urea plant
• Booster, air compressor and wet gas compressor
for 600,000 - 3,500,000 tons/year
catalytic cracking plant
• Wet gas compressor for 600,000 - 1,400,000 tons/year
delayed coking plant
• Hydrogen recirculation compressor for 400,000
- 5,000,000 tons/year hydrogenation
plant
• Charge gas compressor, propylene compressor
and binary refrigerating compressor for
125,000 - 900,000 ethylene plant
• Air compressor, oxygen compressor and nitrogen
compressor for 10,000 - 60,000
Nm3/h air separation plant
• Air compressor and carrier gas compressor for
6,000 - 100,000 tons/year melamine
plant
• Synthetic gas compressor, feed gas compressor,

MCL Series
Centrifugal Compressor
MCL series refers to a multi-stage, horizontally
split, centrifugal compressor, available for medium
and low pressure purpose. The compression can be
made in a single stage, two stages or multi stages
in one casing, the maximum working pressure can
reach up to 4.5MPa. There might be 2-10 impellers
in one casing. It can be designed with gas extraction
or gas injection with side stream and be supplied
as a train with multi casings (same as BCL series).
This series compressor is mainly used for various
medium and low pressure industrial plants. These
compressors are classified as: MCL, 2 MCL, 3MCL
and DMCL. |

BCL Series
Centrifugal Compressor
BCL series refers to a multi-stage, vertically split,
barrel type centrifugal compressor, available for
medium and high pressure purpose. The compression
can be made in a single stage, two stages or multi
stages in one compressing casing, the maximum working
pressure can reach to to 70 MPa. There might be
2-10 impellers in one case. It can be designed with
gas extraction or gas injection and be supplied
as a train with multi casings (same as MCL series)
This series centrifugal compressor is mainly used
for various medium and high pressure industrial
plants and classified as: BCL, 2BCL and 3BCL |

Lube-Oil
System
The lube-oil system is furnished to supply
oil to compressor and its driver, is composed of
oil pumps, oil tank, oil filters, oil coolers, instrument
panel and safety device, which may be made of carbon
steel or stainless steel. Oil pumps, oil filters
and oil coolers are duplex configuration. |
